Gift Card Terms

These terms apply to all Brecon View gift cards. Please review and adjust them to suit your business before publishing.

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, as shown on the gift card.
• Gift cards can be used towards any stay booked directly with Brecon View Eco Retreat, including add ons such as the sauna.
• To redeem, quote the gift card code when booking direct or email it over before your stay.
• Gift cards can be used across more than one booking until the balance is used up.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non refundable, except where required by law.
• Gift cards cannot be used for bookings made through third party platforms such as Airbnb.
• Please keep your gift card code safe. Lost codes can be resent to the original purchaser.
• If a booking paid for with a gift card is cancelled, the value is returned to the gift card in line with the cancellation policy.
